Terms & Conditions
28 Day Pass Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing the 28 Day Pass you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Booking – Lower Wick Swimming Pool uses a booking system called Bookwhen. This can be accessed from the pool’s website (www.lowerwickswimmingpool.co.uk). When a pass is purchased it is linked to an email address provided by the customer. This will then allow booking of any studio classes, one-off aqua aerobics sessions and public swimming for the 28 days that the pass is valid. Spaces are booked on a first-come first-served basis. Buying a 28 day pass does not guarantee that spaces will be available.
The pass cannot be used for multiple bookings for the same session.
Extensions – If the pool is closed for any Bank Holidays etc then any passes purchased up to 28 days before this date will be extended to include the days that we are closed and classes would usually be running.
Other exceptional circumstances (Hospitalisation etc) may also be extended upon approval from management.
Cover – In the event that a regular instructor is on holiday or unable to teach on a specific day, Lower Wick Swimming Pool will attempt to find cover for their classes. As the pass also includes swimming and other classes it could still be used on those days so no extensions will be given.
Cancellations – If the customer is unable to attend the class for any reason, they should do their best to inform Lower Wick Swimming Pool as soon as possible to enable them to re-advertise the space.
Lower Wick Swimming Pool reserves the right to refuse admission to any member of the public.
